Silas and teammate Martin were courteous, well informed, and listened. They responded promptly and addressed each question fully. Most of all I enjoyed Silas speak to me (on his way to his boys baseball game) about the new state and city I was about to move to "sight unseen". Yep, I bought my home some 2700+ miles away over the internet! Bottomline: I LOVE my new world, "South Carolina". I've never experienced such polite people. Thank you Silas & Martin for making buying a new home a pleasure!

Silas and his team (Jeff and Coralis) did an excellent job communicating with me and making the financial portion of the transaction go smoothly. They also communicated critical information to me that others at a different company failed to pass along. I appreciate that Silas and Jeff talked to me professionally and reassuringly during a particularly tense moment when the closing date was rescheduled for the second time. I was in a better frame of mind after speaking with both of them.

The only reason it was not a 5 is that we did not hear back on the appraisal. Neither the listing agent or I were informed as to whether it had appraised I ended up getting that from my buyer. Also more regular updates on the progress of the loan would be helpful. Everything did go smoothly and of course it closed on time which is what really matters. Also, the buyers who are ultimately the customer, were happy with their rate and never haf any negative issues whatsoever! Thanks so much
